We are pleased to inform everyone that we have given a ‘forever home’ to a new Black Lab. Her name is ‘Talla’ pronounced Tarler, her name is of Celtic origins, it means (roughly translated) ‘Morning Dew from Heaven’. She is 2 years old and we are her third (and last) owners. As you can see from her picture she is very pretty and those of you fortunate to meet her will no doubt fall for her charms. She came with a few issues but they are all but gone already and so they should I hear you say!

She was advertised as free to a good home on the internet. She was well worth the 8 hour round trip to Dumfries in Scotland. Talla is already helping me socialise nervous, anxious dogs and has great dog communication skills. We are so pleased to have a new dog around the house and she is helping us get over our sadness at losing Ben. Ben was a big character and will take some following,  Talla may only be 23kg but she posseses great spirit and willingness.

Due to the increased costs in raw materials, manufacturing, transport. We have had to implement a price rise across to whole Healthy K9 range. The price rise comes into force from May 1st 2012 .

You will find that all dog food manufacturers have had to follow suit. However, if you compare like for like with other quality hypo-allergenic products we are still very competitive. We could reduce the quality of the ingredients, but we wont because we are proud of our product and our customers are constantly telling us their dogs love the food.
